Puppies are spoken for .
Interested Parties should fill out the questionnaire and contact
me personally. Puppies from up coming litter will provide excellent family
companions. My personal goal is to do performance, (obedience and agility)
and bench champion. My dogs are first and foremost my family companions.
Families should be alerted to the highly active pace that an Irish Setter
demands. Training is a must and will be required. ONLY positive methods
will be used when training my Irish Setters. Families should be aware that
I do require a properly fenced in yard. No tie outs will be accepted. Previous experience
with Irish Setters is preferred but all families will be considered with above
requirements. Thank you for your Interest in the Ohkom Farms Irish
Setter.
ALSO Please Consider Rescue. A
misconception of Rescue is that the dogs are all abused , this is not always the
case. We sometimes find ourselves with an older dog that the owner has
died with no family remaining members . Sometimes we find
ourselves with a family that may have thought they could handle a litter , but
our extremely over whelmed, so we come in and help place the puppies. For more
information about our Rescue Program contact Golden Triangle Irish Setter Club
at www.gtisc.org

PLEASE
note:
The Puppy Questionnaire is not available at this time for emailing.
Please do call me if interested in my Irish Setters. You may want to review the
questions as they are questions that I will be asking should you desire an Irish Setter.
Serious inquires should be prepared to put a deposit on the upcoming litter.
Puppies will be held by deposits only. Thank you.

Puppy Questionnaire
Thank you for taking
the time to fill-out the questionnaire. There are no right or wrong answers. Your feedback
helps establish the basis for your wanting to welcome a companion (of the four
legged variety) into your family. These questions are asked to establish your
commitment and to help you realize the changes your household will undergo when
the puppy arrives. Rainy days and muddy
feet, vacations, work schedules, feeding schedules, vet visits, training,
grooming, exercise, obedience classes, yard clean-up -- these are all activities that will be
added to the schedule your family is already maintaining. Welcoming a dog into your
life is an important decision in which the entire family needs to be
involved. Irish Setters are very
devoted and they will insist on becoming full-fledged family members--to grant
them anything less will make them miserable. So, these questions may prove
somewhat thought provoking but, then, that's why I'm asking....
Use "TAB" to go
from one field to the next field -- using the "ENTER" key will send the form to me before it is
completed.
